Word-for-word verified Google reviews praising Leslie's communication, thoughtful space planning, and carpentry craftsmanship.
"For our very first home, we took the process seriously and met with several designers before making a decision. We ultimately chose Friday Studio with designer Leslie team because of how thoughtful and dedicated they were. Not only they listen closely to our ideas, they also shared honest insights based on their experience, helping us understand the pros and cons of each choice.
What impressed us most was their ability to turn what we thought were “impossible” ideas into well-considered, beautifully executed designs. Their pace of work suited us perfectly too, from drawings and quotations to material selections was delivered on time.
Since we were on a tight timeline to move in, we really appreciated how everything was completed as scheduled. In the end, we moved into a home we truly love and are very happy with. High recommended!"
"I had a fantastic experience working with Friday Studio. Leslie has a remarkable ability to truly listen; he understood my design needs perfectly and helped transform my home into a space that reflects my personality. What I appreciated most was his practicality—he didn't just suggest beautiful ideas, but found functional ways to bring them to life.
I also want to give a special shoutout to the carpentry work; the craftsmanship is excellent, resulting in pieces that are both incredibly durable and aesthetically pleasing. Communication was always fluid and collaborative, and Leslie delivered everything on promise within a reasonable timeframe and budget. "Finally, a smart use of space – wardrobe + electrical done right
I hired Friday Studio for wardrobe carpentry and some electrical work. From the start, Leslie was a pleasure to work with – knowledgeable, patient, and full of practical ideas.
Before, my space had two main issues: not enough wall sockets and awkward corner spaces that were just wasted. Leslie took a good look and suggested reorganising the power points and using vertical space for wardrobe storage – exactly what I needed.
The result? A much cleaner workspace, a safer electrical system, and finally enough plugs for all my devices without messy extension cords. Leslie kept me updated constantly – progress updates, follow‑ups, the works. Finished on time and within budget."
"Working with Leslie has been a pleasant experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation, he demonstrated a strong understanding of both aesthetics and practicality, taking time to listen carefully and incorporate personal preferences while offering thoughtful professional guidance.
Communication throughout the project was clear and consistent. Timelines were well-managed, and any challenges that arose were addressed proactively with effective solutions. Leslie also worked seamlessly with contractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth execution and quality workmanship.
Overall, this has been a highly positive experience, and I would recommend Friday Studio to anyone looking to transform their space."
